James Milner


James Milner is a 34 year old midfielder and a left back for Liverpool and England. Milner is born in Leeds at the age of 10 Milner joined the Leeds academy.



The start

Milner made his debut for Leeds on the 10 November 2002 where he came on as a sub and played 6 minutes. That game made him the second youngest player ever to play in the premier league he was only 16 at the time. A few days later he scored his first goal and became the youngest goal scorer in the league, a month later Milner scored again against Chelsea. On the 23 February 2003 Milner signed a 5 year contract with Leeds. On July 2004 Milner agreed to join Newcastle on a 5 year contract. In his first game for Newcastle in the premier league Milner played as a right winger when asked about that he said he doesn't care where on the field he plays. Milner went on loan to Aston Villa in 2005, Milner played good in that season and the Newcastle coach was really happy with him. Milner Joined Aston Villa for 12 million pounds on the 29 August 2009, After a good few seasons there Milner moved to Manchester City.


Manchester City

On 17 August 2010 Milner joined City for 26 million pounds. James Milner played his first game for City on 23 August 2010 in a 3-0 home win against Liverpool. Milner made an assist for his teammate Gareth Barry. James Milner’s scored his first competitive goal against Leicester City, they were playing in a FA cup that ended with a 2-2 draw. James Milner played his first game in Barclays Premier League against Everton, on 24 September 2011. He scored his first Premier League goal against them. He played 147 games for City and scored 13 goals for the club.


Liverpool

On 4 June 2015, Milner join Liverpool on a free transfer from Manchester City. On 7 August 2015, Milner was chosen to be a vice captain for Liverpool. Milner played his first game in a 1-0 win against Stoke City. On 26 September 2015, he scored his first goal for Liverpool in a 3-2 win against his former club Aston Villa. He ended his first season with Liverpool and scored 7 goals in all competitions. He has played 93 games for the club and scored 12 goals. Milner is still playing for the club that is doing good things. Milner is right to start!
