The world was shocked to see the bottom team in League one get a point against Champions League side, Tottenham Hotspur, in the 5th Round in the FA cup.
Shortly before half time, Ian Henderson scored the first goal of the game for Rochdale, leaving the Tottenham fans stunned. The new Tottenham signing and Brazilian International, Lucas Moura equalised on the 59th minute, 1-1.
It wasn´t until 29 minutes after Lucas's goal that the Premier League Golden Boy, Harry Kane, put Tottenham in the lead for the first time in the game on the 88th minute, 2-1.
After Kane's goal, It looked like Tottenham was going to qualify for the quarter finals. But lo and behold, the 30 year old attacker, Steve Davies, equalised in the 93rd minute.
This means that a rematch will be played on Wembley, Tottenham's current home ground, on February 28th. For many players in the Rochdale squad, this must be a dream come true.
Just 5 days ago, Tottenham got a draw in an away game against the Italian super club, Juventus, in a Round of 16 first leg in the Champions League, but tonight they struggled against a team fighting relegation in League One. This is why football is so much fun.
