EFL Championship XI 2017/18

Rising star: Ryan Sessegnon is the one to watch he is a 17 years old (born in 2000) and will probably leave Fulham soon since he has increadable talent and is probably best player in the championship, it is an honor to watch him play. Sessegnon is a left back but still he manage to score 13 goals in 16 shots on target and he is only 17 years old so he has huge potential to be one of the best left back in the world even one of the best left winger. Sessegnon is also a huge asset for Fulham and has helped them progress further and ultimately to success. Fulham now sits in the 3rd place in the championship and are very likely to be promoted to the Premier League.

Top scorer: Matej Vydra is the top scorer in the Championship this season. Vydra is 26 years old (born in 1992) and was born in Czech. He has been amazing this season and has been key player for the Derby side. Vydra has scored 20 goals (6 penalties) and has also managed to assist three times. Derby sits in the 6th place so they also have change to be promoted to the Premier League.

Assists: Barry Douglas is the top assister in the league in (2017/18 season). Douglas is 28 years old (born in 1989) and was born in Scotland. He has 14 assists and 5 goals. The defender has been one of the reason why Wolverhampton Wanders has gotten their great success in the Championship. Wolves were recently promoted to the Premier League, they suddenly deserve it.

Clean sheets: John Ruddy is 31 years old ( born in 1986) and was born in England. Ruddy has the most clean sheets this season and has been fantastic this season for the wolves. Ruddy has 24 clean sheets to his name this season.

Top team: Wolverhampton Wanderers have been almost unstoppable this season, they have played 45 games, won 30 of them, 9 draws and only 6 losses. They have managed to get 99 points this season witch is incredible for club that hasn‘t been in the Premier League since 2012. Wolves had a horrible season 2012/13 when they ended in the 23rd place in the Championship and were demitioned to League one. Wolves won League one the next season (2013/14) and were promoted to the Championship again and have been there since. But now we will see the amazing side of wolves again in the Premier League.

Disappointment: Sunderland has certainly been a disappointment this season. The team has conceded the most goals or 80 of them and the team has only held clean sheet 5 times this season witch is the fewest clean sheets in the Championship, sunderland have only scored 49 goals in this season. Sunderland were demitioned last year from the Premier League and had their downs since. They are now being demitioned to League one since they only managed to win 6 matches out of 45 and deserve to be downgraded to a lower league. Hopefully will we see a better side of them next season because the club has always been a Premier League club and play good football.
