Dyche’s Dinner: Earthworms and Exhaust Fumes?

Rumours have been spreading of Sean Dyche’s diet recently after former team mate Soren Andersen stated the current Clarets boss used to eat earthworms in training, explaining his peculiar and rough voice.

The Burnley manager stated in a recent press conference that he in fact does not eat earthworms but instead came with a bit of banter and explained that he smokes exhaust fumes and munches on gravel.

Burnley have been the real sputnik team this season, grabbing some shock results against the big six with their disciplined defending but the Clarets have conceded only 20 goals, the fourth best in the league and are only five points behind Arsenal who are in a Europa league spot.

Burnley look like a side that can challenge for sixth place and it will be interesting to watch whether Dyche’s strange diet will give the Clarets extra energy in the second part of the season.
